You'll learn how Smartbox's Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) helps minimize risk, maintain continuity, and guide decision-making before, during, and after critical incidents.

Through practical scenarios and step-by-step guidance, you'll explore emergency procedures for fires, severe weather, technological disruptions, team member shortages, and violent intruder situations.

You'll also learn how the Emergency Notification System (ENS) is used to communicate critical information, understand your role in emergency preparedness and response, and become familiar with recovery procedures that help restore operations safely.

By the end of the course, you'll be prepared to act confidently in an emergency, contribute to a resilient workplace, and help protect the people and services that matter most.
